In order to achieve the best results it takes detective work as well as a thorough knowledge of how a homes systems interconnect andoperate with each other. Having this knowledge helps to identify the true problems that exist in a home and how to properly repair a major issue. Diagnosing symptoms without tying issues together leads to a less than satisfactory result.
As a home inspector, my goal is to educate sellers and buyers without creating undueconfusion, fear, or time delays. First and foremost, the client is my number one concern. My job is to provide a straight forward honest report to my client with no outside interference. I also know the importance of time to the transactions involved in selling and buying a home.
